It houses visual concept cards, mockups, proposed user flows, and phased rollout plans tailored to the Collective’s goals. The EPIC team can upload ideas, share suggestions, like and comment on cards, and help prioritize features. Each card carries a status and phase marker so progress is always visible. As feedback is gathered, mockups evolve into interactive demos, making the concept board the central hub for shaping scope, guiding decisions, and aligning next steps.
